Maynard's Chocolates was founded with a vision of providing the best chocolate to our friends in Central Maine. Our factory shop features more than 300 items, from gourmet hand-dipped chocolates including truffles, barks and clusters, to ice cream, Gelato, jelly beans, old-fashioned novelties, sugar-free treats and more.

Jeff Young, our chocolatier, has been in the business for over 25 years. Jeff has created confections, including the now famous Maine Lobster Ice Cream, that have been published on the Paul Harvey Show, Food Network (Roker On The Road), Good Morning America, New York Times and the Associated Press as well as numerous local news stations.
