Jeff Young is a graduate of Boggy Brook Vocational School with a degree in Culinary Arts. Jeff has used his talents working in the chocolate business for over 20 years. Jeff’s creations have been promoted on the Paul Harvey Show, Food Network (Roker On The Road), Good Morning America, New York Times and the Associated Press as well as numerous local news stations. Charlie Theobald has been in manufacturing for over 30 years. He successfully ran his own manufacturing business, Charles F. Theobald Corp. in New York for over 20 years before moving to Maine. Charlie oversaw the daily operations of the company from engineering to manufacturing of precision aerospace products to the company finances and human resources.
